Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions. You can also email us and we’ll walk you through it.
Which languages are supported?
At launch: Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, and Fulfulde. We’re actively working on more West African languages — and we welcome community input on which to prioritise next.
I found a translation mistake — what do I do?
Please email us at hello@dandali.app with the content title, language, and the correction. We take this very seriously and fix within 48 hours whenever possible.
